Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after cut-off time, 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  •  We may call you to provide a quote if shipping is higher than our estimated rates.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on products however we may call you to provide a quote if shipping is more than anticipated.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Issues

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
