  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

- small items will be shipped through UPS/FEDEX standard. It will take 5-7 business days for ground delivery. Larger items will be shipped through a trucking and depending on the state of delivery it can take 5-12days..

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- items on clearance or on 40% or above sale; and

- items not packed properly for transit.

Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Please pack your product in the original packing material and box it was shipped into. We will provide you the return label of UPS/FEDEX, use that label and drop off the items at your nearest UPS/FEDEX facility. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Guarantees

The following guarantees apply to our Site:

- 6 months warranty on manufacturing defect of the products.

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
