Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. The Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. When your order is shipped, We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery.

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.

When selecting our materials, we focus on their beauty and ability to stand the test of time. Many of the materials we choose to work with meet high standards for sustainability, too.

We use sustainable Mango, Acacia, Pine, Oak and Veneer. We also incorporate Genuine marble ,Stone in our product. We use genuine buffalo leather and fine cotton blends for our upholstery. All our upholstery products meets all national or state-level product safety standards, including CA TB 117-2013.
