Return Policy

At Mango Furniture Inc. customer satisfaction is our top priority. We manufacture and pack each piece carefully so you don’t have to go through the hassle of returning products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Please follow below simple steps to initiate a return-

Visit the orders section of your Account. We’re happy to accept returns for most items within 10 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition. If the product has been opened and used, we will accept the return as long as there is no damage to the product and you are able to pack it well for safe transit.
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
  • In its original box and packed well or in original packing for safe transit.

The below products can’t be returned:

  • Products without Box (Items without a box can’t be Returned)
  • Clearance Items
  • Swatches

Return Instructions

We try our best to make Returns easy for our customers. Depending on how your item arrived, the process to return will vary.

For items delivered by UPS:

  • 1 ) To start your return, visit the order section of your Account.
  • 2) Identify and select the return option for the item you wish to return. Complete the online form, including selecting which return and refund method you desire.
  • 3) We will send a return confirmation email which will include your shipping label.
  • 4) Print the shipping label you received in the return confirmation email, and bring the package to a nearby UPS drop-off location.
  • 5) We will initiate your refund upon receipt of your returned items at our warehouse.

For large, heavy item(s) delivered via special carrier:

  • 1) To start your return, visit the order section of your  Account.
  • 2) Identify and select the return option for the item you wish to return. Complete the online form, including selecting which return and refund method you desire.
  • 3) We will send  a return confirmation email.
  • 4) We will coordinate the pick-up with you.
  • 5) We will initiate your refund upon receipt of your returned items at our warehouse.
  • NOTE-If you change your mind, you can cancel your return request using the order section of your Account page. Canceling your return request must occur before you drop the item off.

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping fees will be charged to the customer on all orders shipped by UPS or through the carrier. The shipping cost will depend on the size, weight, and location of the return. Mango Furniture will deduct the shipping charges from the refund, equal to the amount that the company paid to UPS or carrier to bring the item back to our warehouse. Any extra services paid for delivery will be deducted from the refund. These include-

  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)
  • Delivery service upgrades (White glove delivery)

Refund Timing

We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our warehouse. Generally, refunds take 5-7 days after receiving the item. You can track the delivery of the item to our warehouse with the tracking number on your return label if its returned with UPS or from BOL if its returned with a trucking company. Alternatively, you can also email us at info@mangofurnitureinc.com to know the status of the delivery of the return item..  In case you didn’t receive your refund within 15 days of item delivery to our warehouse  then please send us an email at info@mangofurnitureinc.com

Damaged or Defective Items.

If your item is damaged during transit or has a manufacturer defect, our apologies for that.

We will request you to share the pictures of damage or defect on  info@mangofurnitureinc.com

We will try our best to resolve the issue by replacing the item free of cost to you or issuing a full refund to you including the shipping charges, however, we also reserve the right of refusal if damage or defect is not due to our fault.

UPS

If you have a UPS tracking number, you can update your order by calling UPS to-

  • Hold or delay packages
  • Pick up from a local UPS location
  • Delivery on another day
  • Schedule a delivery window

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping to the U.S.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via UPS. For large items, we will ship those through any carrier available at that time.

 For most of the states, the shipping charges are zero but we might charge you extra if the shipping cost is more in your state, this will be typically for Hawaii and Alaska.

Items shippable through UPS will ship within 2-3 working days. Please note we are closed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed during weekends will ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
